Kristine Bloor, Founder and Company Director, brings a wealth of global expertise delivering high-impact leadership, systems and behaviour change training programmes for healthcare professionals across the UK, Europe, Asia and the US.

Bringing a blend of delivery expertise, passion for inclusivity, and business acumen, she believes authentic collaboration and team accountability drives meaningful change.

Founded in 2025, healthXbridge was born from her vision to bridge industry and healthcare enabling leaders to co-create a more connected, sustainable healthcare system. 

A committed advocate for women in leadership, neurodiversity, psychological and digital safety, she champions environments where people and ideas can thrive.

Mac McKeever, Non Executive, is an experienced health and care system CEO and leader, with a vast amount of operational, strategic and commercial experience. 

Providing invaluable insights when partnering with regulators, politicians and clinicians, and in sponsoring change nationally, regionally and locally. 

He has experience in transforming provider and commissioner organisations and a proven ability to manage multi-site services spanning specialised, acute, mental health, community and primary care. 

After retiring in November 2024 from his role as CEO at the Integrated Care Board in Mid and South Essex, he is committed to transforming the healthcare system supporting strategic collaborative initiatives between the NHS and industry, through his role at healthXbridge.

David Montgomery, Consultant Pharmaceutical Physician, senior life sciences leader and co-founder of PM Life Sciences with extensive experience spanning the pharmaceutical industry, health charities, policy, and politics.

David spent his early career shaping launch and reimbursement strategies for numerous medicines and indications and brings deep expertise in health technology assessment and system-level access decision-making through time spent on both the Cancer Drugs Fund and the Scottish Medicines Consortium.

He currently advises healthtech and biotech startups, investors, and established pharmaceutical companies on strategy, commercialisation, market access, and communications, and supports responsible innovation that delivers real patient and public benefit.

Julia Kernaghan, a dynamic and versatile, bi-lingual (English and German) Senior Training and Development Leader with over 25 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, working as a trusted training business partner across global markets.

In a previous role, Julia established and led the Training and Development function for a biotech company, initially covering Europe, Türkiye, Russia, the Middle East, and Africa, and later expanding to Australia and Canada. 

More recently, she has consulted on launch training strategy, design, and content for colleagues across several Asian countries, partnering closely with Regional Core Marketing and Medical teams.

Throughout her career, Julia has demonstrated a strong ability to collaborate at international, cross-functional leadership level, working both internally and with external Key Opinion Leader healthcare professionals to develop and deliver advanced clinical training interventions. She is highly skilled in designing, validating, and delivering high-quality therapy-area and product-relevant launch and in-line training, particularly within rare cancers and rare diseases.

Jane Cryer, Senior Health Leader and Trust Director, with a wide range of operational, strategic, commissioning and transformation experience. 

Bringing organisational development expertise, clinical leadership and coaching with a passion of unleashing potential, enabling leaders and teams to be driven, authentic, and compassionate to drive transformational change. 

She has experience across sectors of acute, specialist services, mental health, community and social care, as a provider and commissioner, along with leading a wide range of consultancy projects with leaders and teams in localities, organisations and systems.

Sheuli Porkess, Consultant Pharmaceutical Physician, senior life sciences leader and co-founder of PM Life Sciences with extensive experience at the intersection of medicine, technology, and societal impact. 

Sheuli develops and advances innovative technologies into real-world use, from cutting-edge medicines to digital health solutions, for the benefit of patients.

During her career, Dr Porkess has held senior leadership positions internationally across life science, pharmaceutical and health technology organisations. 

Her expertise spans clinical development, medical affairs, AI literacy, ethics and health policy - always with a commitment to health equity, sustainability and enabling innovation to reach populations who need it most.

Ed Cox, Healthcare Consultant & NHS Director with 16+ years UK healthcare experience.

His expertise spans NHS and international settings, including international models of integrated care (e.g., US Accountable Care models) and directly supporting health systems strengthening in South Sudan.

Ed's accomplishments range from establishing one of three national centres for Behçet's disease, leading strategic planning, team recruitment and service implementation, to directing specialised commissioning portfolio for a London cancer alliance.

Leading the award-winning Stewardship Programme as Director of Clinical Policy at Mid and South Essex ICB, Ed's passion drives coalition building, clinician empowerment and care pathway optimisation.

Tessa Walton, Senior Healthcare Director with over 25 years’ experience across NHS management, consultancy, and national programme delivery. 

She has led major system transformation initiatives at local, regional, and national levels, including serving as NHSE/I Lead Director for the COVID-19 Vaccination and Flu Expansion Programme and Deployment Programme Director within the UK Vaccine Taskforce.

Her expertise spans clinical strategy, urgent and emergency care improvement, performance delivery, and large-scale operational transformation. Tessa has worked with multiple NHS Trusts and systems to design and implement new clinical models of care, turnaround programmes, and estate-enabled service redesign.

An alumna of the King’s Fund Top Managers Programme, Tessa was recognised as one of the Health Service Journal’s Top 100 Influential Leaders (2020) for her leadership in the national vaccination programme.
